Job Description

Job Title: Lead Test Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform testing activities of a more complex nature
  • Ensure successful implementation of business solutions through testing
  • Design, develop, and administer complex tests and evaluations
  • Verify solutions meet stated requirements and specifications
  • Lead test case generation and review
  • Identify and document key test scenarios
  • Review and sign-off on test cases
  • Execute operational processes of high complexity and scale
  • Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
    • Formal software testing training (e.g., ISEB, ISTQB CTFL)
    • Advanced testing certified (e.g., ISTQB CTAL)
    • Experience

      • +5 years’ experience as a Lead Test Analyst
      • Extensive experience with manual testing and SQL
      • Testing in an Agile environment
      • Experience with API testing and automated tools (QC, QTP/Selenium/Test Complete/Robot Framework)
      • Testing in a retail environment
      • Automated test tool experience
      • Knowledge and Skills

        • Expert knowledge of functional testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing
        • Expert knowledge of structured test methods and processes
        • Understanding of testing concepts and Agile development methodology
        • Knowledge of systems performance testing and user acceptance testing
