Introduction

Welcome to My Job Concierge, operated by Phoenix Fortunes (SMC) Limited. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the My Job Concierge platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

My Job Concierge is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered career tools including CV writing, job matching, interview coaching, aptitude test preparation, and related services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using My Job Concierge, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at andeh@myjobconcierge.com.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Use of Service

You agree to use My Job Concierge for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes any third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.
  • Use the service to spam, phish, or harm other users.
  • Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, and branding are the exclusive property of Phoenix Fortunes (SMC) Limited. Content you upload remains your property; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees except as provided in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Fortunes (SMC) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
