  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions with team members and stakeholders.

  • Help collect vendor quotes, renewal dates, and spend data for IT Ops budget tracking.

  • Prepare weekly reports on IT Ops metrics such as ticket volumes, onboarding completions, and asset accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • 0–1 year of experience in IT support, administration, or project coordination, including internships or industrial attachments.

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts such as user accounts, devices, and networks.

  • Strong interest in project management and IT operations, and a willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
