Job Description

One Acre Fund is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

• Program Manager - Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of One Acre Fund's programs in Nigeria
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve program goals and objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and beneficiaries
• Ensure effective program monitoring and evaluation, and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of program activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. agriculture, business, international development)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a development or humanitarian context
• Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
