Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, canteen, and service areas Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and other kitchen equipment Assist with basic food preparation when required (minimal cooking) Serve food to customers during meal times Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times Assist the team with general duties as needed
Skills and Competencies:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills High level of cleanliness and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Qualifications:
• Matric
We need to preserve all original content word-for-word. That includes bullet points? The bullet "• Matric" should be kept as is, but we need to put it inside
- . Also the duties list is not bullet points but a paragraph of sentences separated by spaces? Actually it's a list of duties separated by spaces, but we can treat each sentence as separate
- ? The instruction: Use
- for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we need to convert duties into
- items. The original text for duties is a single line: "Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, canteen, and service areas Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and other kitchen equipment Assist with basic food preparation when required (minimal cooking) Serve food to customers during meal times Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times Assist the team with general duties as needed". There are no punctuation separating items; but we can split by spaces? That would break words. Better to keep as one
- containing the whole text? But it's multiple duties; maybe we can treat each duty as separate
- but we need to preserve original content word-for-word, so we cannot add punctuation or split incorrectly. We could keep the whole block as a single
- inside a
. That would preserve content exactly. Similarly for Skills and Competencies: it's a list of phrases separated by spaces; we could keep as one - as well. But the instruction says use
- for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we need to wrap each list item in
- . If there are multiple items, we need separate
- s. But we must preserve original content word-for-word, so we cannot add punctuation or split incorrectly. However we can split at natural breaks? The original text has spaces between items; we could treat each phrase as separate
- but that would alter content (adding line breaks). But we can keep them as separate
- with the same text as in original? The original text for Skills and Competencies is: "Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills High level of cleanliness and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated". That's a single line with spaces. We could split into separate
- each phrase? But that would change content (adding line breaks). The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. Adding line breaks is not adding new words, but it's adding formatting. However we are required to output HTML; line breaks are not part of content. The content is the same words; we can split into separate
- items if we keep the same words in order? But we would be inserting
- which is not part of content but formatting. That's allowed. The content inside each
- must be exactly the same as original segment. If we split incorrectly, we might break a phrase. We need to decide how to split.
Better approach: Keep each block as a single
- for duties, skills, qualifications. That satisfies using
- for list items. The content is preserved exactly as original block. That seems safe.
We also need section headers: "About Us", "Duties & Responsibilities", "Skills and Competencies", "Qualifications". Use
for these headings. Also maybe "Business Unit / Division", "Job Type Classification", "Location - Town / City"? Those are not listed as allowed headers but we can still include them as
maybe? The instruction: Use
for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should use for section headers. Probably we should treat "About Us" as a header, "Duties & Responsibilities" as header, "Skills and Competencies" as header, "Qualifications" as header. The other lines like "Business Unit / Division:" etc. are not section headers; they are just labels. We can include them as part of paragraph text.
We need to preserve all original content word-for-word. That includes the colon after each label? The original includes "Business Unit / Division:" then "Fedics". So we need to keep that colon and space? The original text shows "Business Unit / Division:" on one line, then "Fedics" on next line. We need to preserve that exactly. In HTML, we can wrap "Business Unit / Division:" maybe as part of a paragraph? But we need to keep the colon and the line break? The instruction: preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. So we must keep the line breaks? But we are outputting HTML; we can include line breaks as
? Not allowed. We can just include the text as is, maybe with a space. The original had a line break between label and value. In HTML, we can just write "Business Unit / Division: Fedics". That adds a space and merges lines, but does that change content? It adds a space that wasn't originally there? Actually there was a line break, but not a space. Adding a space may be considered adding a character not present. However the instruction says do not add or remove any content. Adding a space might be considered adding a character. But we can preserve line breaks by using
? Not allowed. Could we keep them as separate
lines? The original had two lines: "Business Unit / Division:" then "Fedics". If we output "Business Unit / Division:\nFedics" inside a
, the newline is not represented in HTML; it would be collapsed. But we could output "Business Unit / Division:" then a
then "Fedics"? Not allowed to use
. So we need to decide how to preserve exactly. Perhaps we can keep them as separate
elements: first
Business Unit / Division:
then Fedics
. That would preserve the text exactly, but we are adding extra tags, which is allowed (only
for intro paragraphs and general text). That would preserve the line break as separate paragraphs. That seems acceptable.
Similarly "Job Type Classification:" then "Full Time". Could be separate paragraphs.
"Location - Town / City:" then "Boksburg". Could be separate paragraphs.
"About Us:" then the paragraph text. The original has "About Us:" then the paragraph. We can treat "About Us:" as a header? It is a label, not a section header defined. Could be part of paragraph. But we can keep it as part of a paragraph: "About Us: We are looking for...". That would merge colon and space. The original had "About Us:" then a space then the paragraph. So we can keep "About Us: We are looking..." exactly as in original (including colon and space). That is fine.
Now we need to output only HTML. No extra commentary.

Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills High level of cleanliness and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Qualifications
- • Matric
We must preserve the bullet "• Matric" exactly, including the bullet character. That's fine.
We must not add any extra punctuation. The headings "Duties & Responsibilities" and "Skills and Competencies" have ampersand and spaces; we must keep exactly as original. The original had "Duties & Responsibilities:" with colon. In the text we have "Duties & Responsibilities:" then the duties list. The instruction says use for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). It didn't mention colon. The original header includes colon. Should we include colon in the heading? Probably yes, to preserve content. But the example list didn't include colon. However we must preserve original content word-for-word. The original line is "Duties & Responsibilities:". That includes colon. So we should output Duties & Responsibilities:
. Similarly "Skills and Competencies:" includes colon. So we should output Skills and Competencies:
. Also "Qualifications:" includes colon. So Qualifications:
.
Now ensure we preserve colon after headings.
Now the "About Us:" label includes colon. In the original it's "About Us:" then the paragraph. We can keep "About Us:" as part of paragraph text, not as a heading. That's fine.
Now we need to ensure we preserve all original content word-for-word, including extra spaces and punctuation. Let's copy exactly.
Original "About Us:" line: "About Us:" then a space then the paragraph. The paragraph starts "We are looking for a dedicated and reliable General Assistant to join our team. The General Assistant will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our canteen and kitchen by ensuring the environment is clean, hygienic, and well-organised. As a leading African Integrated Workplace Management Solutions Provider, Tsebo Solutions Group offers clients reduced costs, risk and complexities together with increased quality, efficiency and productivity . Note there are double spaces after some commas? The original includes "productivity ." with a space before period? Actually "productivity ." there is a space before period? The original text: "increased quality, efficiency and productivity ." There's a space before the period. We must preserve that exactly. Also there are double spaces after commas in "Catering , Facilities Management". The original includes a space before each comma? Actually "Catering , Facilities Management". There's a space before the comma? Let's check: "Catering , Facilities Management". The original snippet: "Catering , Facilities Management". It seems there is a space before the comma and after? Hard to know. But we must preserve exactly as given. We'll copy the text exactly as provided.
Now the duties list: "Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, canteen, and service areas Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and other kitchen equipment Assist with basic food preparation when required (minimal cooking) Serve food to customers during meal times Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times Assist the team with general duties as needed". There are no punctuation between items; just spaces. We'll keep exactly that string.
Skills and Competencies line: "Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills High level of cleanliness and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated". Note there is a comma after "Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated". That's part of the text. We'll keep exactly.
Qualifications line: "• Matric". That's a bullet character then space? Actually original shows "• Matric". There's a bullet and then a space? The original shows "• Matric". Probably there is a space after bullet? The bullet is a character, then a space, then "Matric". We'll keep exactly "• Matric". In HTML li, we can just put the bullet character and space and Matric.
