Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for baking a variety of bread products, including artisan bread, baguettes, and pastries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and a passion for creating high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of bread products, including artisan bread, baguettes, and pastries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the bakery
• Develop and implement new recipes and products to meet customer demands
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and sales
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related field
• Strong background in baking, including knowledge of ingredients, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
